Will it look like my photo?

We draw your photo as stamp art: clean lines that print crisply in one ink. You see your finished stamp in the live preview before you pay.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see. Face the camera, use a plain background and take sunglasses off unless you want them drawn.

Can I have two people or pets?

Yes. The drawing includes everyone in the photo, so choose one with all of them in it.

Can I use my logo?

Yes. Upload your logo and the designer turns it into a stamp in one ink. Please only upload designs you have the right to use.

How big is it?

Two sizes: 40 mm (1.6 in) across, about the width of two fingers (best for faces and pets with a name), or 50 mm (2 in) across (best for couples, bigger lettering or a detailed logo).

Will I see my design before it's made?

Yes. You see a live preview as you design it, and after you order we email you your design to check. If anything needs changing, just reply to that email.

How long does delivery take?

Each stamp is made to order and ships within about 3 days, then delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, wherever you are. Shipping is free and tracked.

What happens when the ink runs low?

It re-inks itself with every press. When the print starts to fade, click in a spare ink pad: add one with your stamp in the designer, or buy a refill pack later. See refill packs

Can I order more than one?

Yes, and each stamp can have its own design. 2 stamps are 10% off each, 3 or more are 15% off each, and stamps already in your basket count.

Every stamp is made to order with your own design. Our returns policy explains how returns work for made-to-order items. Read the returns policy

What if there's a problem?

Our 90-day guarantee covers any fault with your stamp or its print. Reply to your order email and we'll put it right.
