Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, across our entire store.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: Your custom embosser is typically crafted within 3 business days.
Shipping Time: Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)—orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at support@stampedpages.com.
Once production begins, we may not be able to modify the design.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, address changes may not be possible.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact us for further assistance.
